I have Fios Quantum Gateway - G1100. How do I change the Wi-Fi password in the myfiosgateway.com setting?

The manual will will tell you how to do it. Page 23 I believe.

It would appear that myfiosgateway has been down, possibly for a long time.  To access the router for changes put the IP address of your default gateway in a browser url.  For Windows you can use "ipconfig" from a command prompt to get your IP address and the default gateway.  At the login screen the user is admin and the password is documented on the router tag.  At the first screen you will see a menu with a "wireless settings" selection.
