Im trying to watch some football games on espn3.com and getting 'user not authorized error'. I have Fios internet and TV service which exclude sports channel (espn). Is that why its blocked???
But from this link:http://www.verizon.com/home/fios-fastest-internet/ , it says 'Games and events on ESPN3.com' is included. Please help.!!

You will have access to ESPN3 if you subscribe to Fios Internet.
You will have access to ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPNews, ESPN Deportes, ESPN Goal Line and ESPN Buzzer Beater if you subscribe to those channels on Fios TV.
A visit to WatchESPN shows that college football games are currently airing on ESPN and ESPN2 but not ESPN3. Thus you will not have access to them.
Were you able to get this probem resolved? If so, how? I'm having the same problem right now. Tried calling Verizon Support for help. Turned out to be a waste of time. Please help
