You're talking to other Verizon customer here. If you want an answer from Verizon, you'll need to contact them. Chat and phone are good ways to talk to them.
Note that FiOS availability information is pretty much impossible to get. Verizon announces availability when they are very close to be being ready to take orders and not before. I've never heard of anyone being able to find out anything before Verizon makes public announcements.
