Does anyone know what the latest version is for WCB3000, and where I can find it?
Mine seems to be dates from 2012 and stands at v0.12vz.30.
Verizon phone "support" were more then useless.
thanks!

Thanks, I've seen that page. The problem is that actiontec does not actually provide the software and verizon techs could not provide the information either.
The firmware in the PDF is marked as NCS, as you can see here: http://opensource.actiontec.com/wcb3000x.html NCS seems to be different than VZ. I dont know what NCS is.
My current version is v0.12vz.30, which is both higher than OSS listed above for NCS and the one listed for VZ. (in the 0.12 family)
So my question is still - where can I find official VZ firmware, not the one I have to compile myself.

From Wikipedia
The Network Computing System (NCS) was an implementation of the Network Computing Architecture (NCA). It was created at Apollo Computer in the 1980s. It comprised a set of tools for implementing distributed software applications, or distributed computing.
The design and implementation of DCE/RPC, the remote procedure call mechanism in the Distributed Computing Environment, is based on NCA/NCS. It also was the first implementation of Universally unique identifiers.
