the current routers wont give you anywhere near the speed they should with the 150+ service. I looked everywhere for suggestions on what router to get, I ended up getting the netgear 6200v2 router and it was practically plug and play.

I saw a 300/300 circuit last week and it was getting the correct speed with the Verizon router. It just needs CAT 5 run to and from the router and a gig NIC card installed in the computer.

If you have a 100+ service you should have been given a gig router which would support the higher speed.
