getting a ip from a different pool?

im wondering if it is posible to somehow get a ip from a different pool? i have gotten banned by a friend on a ventrilo server becuase of a personal reason wich isnt fair, anyways thats not what im here to discuss being this is a tech forum, but u guys usually ask the reasoning i want a new ip adress anyways so i figured i would tell you

anyways my friend has not banned my ip he has banned my ip range, so like from {edited for privacy}  so everytime i get a new ip its {edited for privacy} ........ so is there a way that i can get an ip that consist of something different than {edited for privacy} ...?

im not sure he has banned my ip range but i can guess this only bcuz everytime i get a new ip i still can go on.

He was not banned. Some of our users are exercising their sense of humour.

His post was edited to remove his IP information, which it is not wise to post on an open forum. Apparently he did not appreciate that concern for his privacy.
