i have unauthorized users on my fios network. Can i change the security key on my fios router?

Log in at http://192.168.1.1
admin is the username
the password is the Serial number on your router found by the bar code (CSxxxxxxxxxxx) It is case sensitive.
Then when you are in there, you can either go to my network and block internet for those users, (just remember stb means your cable boxes, so don't block those, or any coax connections)
If you want to change the wireless password, then go to wireless settinsg at the top
click on advanced
click on wpa2
and then set the password, 8-10 is the minimum number of characters you want, the more the better.
After you change this password, you will get disconnected from the network if you are WIFI, so you will want to reconnect to the wireless with the new password.
You can change the name of the network under basic security settings (wireless settings > basic security)
