I'm calling bright house next week to switch. I'm sick of being told it's not verizon's problem when you can do a WHOIS reverse dns lookup on alter.net and see that it is owned by verizon. You keep telling us we need to contact verizon to solve this problem. Call verizon yourself and tell them. They will tell you to reboot your router and reset your ONT and if that doesn't fix it, roll a truck that cannot do anything or it's not verizon's problem.
