My child plays on-line game late at night, I tried to block his computer but it's easy for him to find out, so is there any ways that I can just slow his computer down so that he can not play? My router is kind of new and doesn't have those options in existing guide which published years before, so could anyone help me?

Try the link above to set up parental controls. The other option is simply tell the child not to get on the computer or you will take it away. It's up to you.
