I'm not sure that the Rev F is Wireles N.

Has this device been able to hold a steady connection to any other wireless LAN network?  Do other wireless devices have the same problem or just the IPHONE4?

It connects to and holds a connection to other networks just fine. Only this iPhone has the issue with staying connected. (Before the upgrade I had issues staying connected with several new devices, which now stay connected fine).

It's N according to the router settings and my connected devices.

Rev. F is Draft N. It maxes at 65Mbps single stream, and like other Wireless N routers requires WPA2 security to make use of it.

If you restrict the router to use B/G mode or "compatibility" mode only does that resolve the drops? I don't know if that was mentioned earlier in the thread (connection slow for where I am, so can't check).
