For the past 2 weeks now my internet keeps on going down or disconnecting on me and I called tech support did every possible trouble soultion even reset to factory my router. Nothing seems to keep my internet up to speed. It works for almost 30 minutes to 1 hour then will go down forcing me to do one of two things:
1) Restart router and unplug replug routter
2) turn wifi on and off on the gadget currently using
Dose not matter the device used cause I notice this on all devices though I on use one at a time the rest are not connected to wifi or turned on.
I do not have ethernet compatible on my RMBP (macbook pro) 2013 model dose not support this unless you spend money for a USB to Etherenet soultion.
What should I do about this issue?
Costless soultion and require no tech to come since it cost.

If the light on the router are showing fine, request a new router.

I do have access to 192.168.1.1 and the only lights that are blinking green are internet, wireless, lan and the rest are solid green none are orange so I don't think it's the router.

Unfortunately, you might be part of our little club here: http://forums.verizon.com/t5/FiOS-Internet/Verizon-FIOS-Router-Actiontec-MI424WR-GEN3I-Issue-Dropped...
It's a long thread, but take a look at it when you can to see if it applies to your situation.
