Yesterday, the Verizon guy activated the FIOS . My application on interent speed is 75/35 mbps. But Verizon guy tested it showed only 6 ~ 7 mbps. He mentioned the speciailist has to correct the equipment outside . After the guy left home, there is no any action to correct the internet speed. Still I have to use only 6 ~ 7 mbps. But I have to pay additional cost for 75/35 mbps. I had tried to contact the customer service center today, but they forwarded automatically my call to the technician dept but no connection to those dept.
I complained the internet speed to the customer service but they mentioned simply that that is not their job unlike their explanation on that I could enjoy the high speed if I upgraded basic 15 to 75 mbps at the additional cost.
