Up until last week, I was able to watch a bunch of channels of live TV on my kindle fire through the FiOS app. Now, I only have a few channels and there is an error message that says "Connect to your in home FiOS WiFi network for more channels!" The problem is that the kindle is connected to my home network already, so I don't know why the app thinks it's not. I checked the settings and the device is recognized and registered. I restarted the app and the kindle but that didn't fix it. Any help would be most appreciated.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
