Yes, that is the downside of performance mode. You will either have to revert to n and g mode which will affect the performance of the N devices or introduce a G mode wap, or of course connect by wire.

I think i solved it. I changed the router to use 802.11n performance mode for my mac to get faster speeds. but my old pc laptop NIC card is 802.11 b/g... so Im guessing that is why the pc wont connect to wifi now?
