Our experience with trueswitch has been a disaster. Yes, they moved the folders over, but on checking not all the emails in a folder were moved. One example - 138 moved vs. 209 in the comcast folder. Also, new emails coming into the comcast account are either not being moved (example, one day 7 new emails, four moved over) or are not being moved in a timely manner. I haven't had any forwarded in two days. Have contacted trueswitch, who have not responded in 4 days and also verizon, who haven't responded, although I was told I would get a call yesterday. Also note that trueswitch does not move groups from your old address book.
