my e-mail has been suspened...????

I just tried to log on to my verizon e-mail account and got the message that "My e-mail account has been suspended, please contact customer support".. no explanation, no number to call.......... What gives with Verizon customer support/?????  How bad can it get???

I have never heard of this happening unless the PC had some type of Virus that spreads though sending mass emails. Or perhaps spam. I guess it will take a phone call to tech support. I have had the same Verizon Email account for many years. It has never happened to me.

I'll check for ya and see what's up....The only way that I can see you having that happen is if you sent out a ton of emails

I finally got through to Verizon support and apparently someone at Verizon forgot to change my e-mail address from DSL to Fios when I upgraded.
