For new fios installation, we need to run either fios cable or cat5/coax from basement into living room, along with electrical power line for new outlets. When fishing through the floor and walls, if we run the electrical power line and fios/cat/coax side by side, will there be any issues? Is this allowed by code? Is there the possibility of signal interference between the electrical wire and fios/cat5/coax cable?

Code can have different readings depending on your locale.
If you go with good quality cable (both coax and ethernet), you are probably ok.
Don't understand why you would need to run electrical along with coax and ethernet.
