we started fios at our new home in Nov 2017. We had only intermittent connectivity since January 7th 2018. No power outages, all new equipment. The red globe goes off. And then on again.. Data show the router is not communicating with the ONT and that there have been 10 incidents of dropping over the past month and we have been over half the time with no connectivity of the ONT. Three weeks of hell: 22 phone calls, 4 technician visits, two ONT changes within one week), climbing the pole, changing outside wires, an "office" change, downloadingnunfinished software, snipping wires, poor electricity outline line (swapping the vat) and we still have the same problems.
Verizon phone support tech does not communicate with field support. The internet comes back on for a few days, then goes off. IWe call again. I have to take the day off again...I have spent four days waiting for the techs and entire evenings on the phone. Will someone, anyone help!!!
