I received my service on May 17th. The tech was nice and polite whaile he was here, even called the next day to see if everything was alright. I was with another service for over ten years but the price just kept going up n up. Verizon was recommended to me by several family members so I thought why not. well the past two weeks my internet and verizon service on the computer kept going out. The person on the chat line said it sounded like the router, even though it was a new one. I was sent another one within days, unfortunately the problem still exists, it's even worse. Not only is my desk top going wacky but both laptops are now freezing up. I've been trying to get ahold od someone on the chat line and on the phone but I can't reach anyone. I'm getting reall frustrated. The phone has been set up with voice mail but when I try to get it on email it says my voice mail has not been set up yet and I'm running out of time. The TV is fine. But I want my computers fixed!
