My verizon-provided router is dying out. Are there any routers that can be purchased at frys or somewhere thatll work with fios? It has a coax connection on it.

If the router fails, it will very likely be replaced at no cost by Verizon.  Contact Customer Service for details.

As armond says, call Verizon.  There are no readily available retail routers that can be used with FiOS.  You can find them on eBay and similar sites, but why bother when you can most likely get a replacement for free with a brief phone call.

When my router died last fall, I was on the phone for five minutes, tops.  Had a new one in a couple of days.  And, it was a 802.11n router that replaced my 802.11g router (that was lucky).  In short, this seems to be one area of support that Verizon gets right.

Good Luck
