login to your router at 192.168.1.1

select firewall settings

select port forwarding

select new entry

specify the destination listener on your network

select user defined under protocols

give it a name presumably acrobat connect , think it needs port 80 also

select new server ports

select tcp

leave source port at any and set destination port to single and 1935

say ok

say ok

You didn't specify which router, but generally the id and password are

ADMIN and serial number of your router

or

admin and "password"

or

admin and "password1"

If you still can not signon there is a recessed reset button on the back that will either reset the the login to "admin" and "password" or ask you to select a password on the first login.
