I received a router by courier on the 12/13/14 and contacted your personel about the router because I had ordered a replacement set top box. Now after talking to the gentleman he assured me that a return shippijng label would be sent out I have received my set top box with a return label but still have not received a label for the router that I did not even order I do not plan to return this router on my own cost so if you want it send the darn label immediately. For I this is the second time I have asked for it and I dare Verizon to charge me for a router i did not order. {edited for privacy}
