I got FiOS a bit back.  I just found out today as I was trying to get the attena working and was nto getting any signal, I followed the cabe to the outside to see that it was cut (and since it is on a balocney I am sure no one climbed up there just to cut a wire), that the tech that installed the FiOS cut the arial Anttena that comes in to my apt, seriously?  So how will you guys fix this issue since it was your tech that cut the attena (and no paying for subscripting tv is not an option)
