i live in scotch plains nj and have the 100/100 service, and for the past few weeks the service has been rubbish. i have just run the speedtest, and i am getting 15mps download and 32mps upload. Anyone else having this problem?

Call 1-800-VERIZON
select tech support. Let them troubleshoot and if needed send out a tech.
