Having problems with starz play, d/l only 3 movies. It saids Im offline its only been a day. I have tried all the quick fixes, verizon help and support, in home agent, updates nothing. Any recommendations would be helpful. Vanessa
I can check to see if it is a connectivity issue and/or your account user name and password for starz is active. Private message me your account telephone # or Verizon online user name for me to do so . If those are ok then I suggest you visit
