If a NEW user in California cancels because they are unhappy with the service - what termination fees are involved.
that would depend on the contract that you agreed to...
if there was a clause for no ETF if cancelled with in X amount of days... and you are UNDER the X limit, then, no ETF....
if you are passed the limit, you would pay the ETF
like anything else in america.. call in and complain enough,,, you will probably get it waived
and why else would you cancel early, unless you were moving..... EVERYONE that cancels early does so because they are unhappy
