I have had connection issue for two weeks. Either the connection comes and goes or none at all. Tech support had sent me 3 technicians to fix the problem. First one replaced my router, second one replaced a coupler, third one replace the main box outside. The problem still exist! They're setting me up with another appointment, I complaint to customer service and was offered to compensate for the two weeks of interrupted service, wasn't concern for the fact that a service provider wasn't able to provide me the service. What about the days I wasted waiting for the techs that have a tendancy to be late, and the frustration of not able to have a functioning Internet. How many more appointments will it take to fix the problem or for someone to give me a straight answer what the issue is.

When you lose the connection is the Internet light on the router amber or off altogether? Do you have other services? Are they going out also?
