does anyone know what is wrong with the vz-in-home-agent program? i just keep getting retrieving your occount information please wait. thank you for any help on this

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the Verizon In Home Agent. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the application to see if that resolves the issue. I also sent you a private message for further assistance.
