website shows msg that fios plan has expired when it has not.
I keep seeing this in a black box at the top of the screen when I log onto verizon.com, and there is no contact us for website issues. Chat just gives another phone number to call, but I am hearing-impaired and have problems using the phone. How do you report website issues? For a major company, this is pathetic.

Sorry, I do not use twitter or other social media. Why does Verizon make it so difficult to report website issues?
