I would like to know who if anyone is in charge of the mess that you call customer service. Almost 400 of your loyal verizon customers have been waiting
537 Days
since we were told BBC America HD would be added.
Is their anyone that can tell us if BBC America HD is going to be added, if so when and if not why not?
Then, I would like a sincere apology.
Thanks

If none of the HD Channels I had with Time Warner but are not on Vioz are not added by renewal time I plan on voting with my money and making the switch back.

As much as I do enjoy FiOS I feel the same way. My contract is up in October of this year and if they have not added BBCA-HD, Cartoon HD and a few other HD channels (H2) by then I am going to (GULP!!) head back to Comcast. They have them. Yes, I know the picture quality is less, but I am tired of Verizon being stuck in mud when it comes to their FiOS tv offerings.
I'll sure miss those .tv channels if I switch though!!!!! Where else will I be able to watch SIX HD channels where almsot 75% of their broadcast day is dedicated to showing commercials and infomercials in SD 75%!!!!!!!!!!!

Problem with switching is that, while Comcast may have some channels you'd want, you'd lose a couple that FIOS carries but which TWC or Comcast don't! For me, it would be HDNet Movies. Aside from being one of the only channels to show movies correctly (I've stopped watching ANY movie on HBO or MAX) and all in HD 24/7, I'd miss their Sneak Previews of pre-theatrical films. (Up next: THE HUNTER with Willem Dafoe). A channel like that tides me over while waiting for new additions.,
