We have the ACC Network fine on our TV, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to view ACCNX on the ESPN App that I have on my iPhone. Everything I read says that if you pay for ACCN through your cable provider (Verizon Fios), you can get ACCNX through the ESPN App. What am I missing? Is this more of an ESPN issue?

I've had the same issue since the ACC network came out. I can watch it on the TV, but nothing on ESPN apps.

I'm having the same issue. When using ESPN Plus on PC, Andriod (Phone) or Andriod (TV) they are all saying your TV Package does not include this channel (ACCNX). This was actually working as of Fri. Nov. 8th. It has not worked since Wed. Nov. 13th. I've tried calling ESPN Plus customer support, and they claim it is an issue between Verizon and ACCN to enable ACCNX.

Odd thing is that a relative who lives a few miles away, also a Verizon customer, is able to access ACCNX and I can't.

I have spent many hours getting the run around from Verizon over the last several months on trying to access ACCNX.. I DO have access to ACCN.. I have the highest TV package.. ESPN says it’s Verizon issue and I believe them.. I get an error message from Verizon saying I’m not authorized to have access.. which is wrong!! I’ve tried from several devices (iPhone, Apple TV, laptop, desktop) and even set up a new ESPN account to no avail! WILL Someone from VERIZON please fix this bug and address this issue! Lacrosse season is starting soon!

One more thing.. my friends locally have recently switched to Verizon or upgraded their Verizon TV package to gain access to ACCN.. their ACCNX access is not being denied.. I am a long-standing Verizon Fios customer, always with the best TV sports package .. I have a theory that this is the problem but no one from Customer Service is even attempting to go the extra mile to figure out the issue..Mow I’m an extremely frustrated customer looking into other options for service.... Verizon please help me before I have no choice but to switch.. I have family and many friends currently playing on ACC teams and I’ve already missed soccer season!!

So I’m combing the inter webs trying to find a solution to help my parents because this has also been the issue with my poor parents! They have been getting the not authorized message for months. They called and had a case open, it was supposedly referred to a specialist, but it was never resolved! My dad called them again and of course they can’t find the case number. Not only that, the customer service rep tried to up-sell him by telling him his internet is too slow to stream from the ESPN app! Total bull, Verizon! Do better for your customers that have been loyal from the beginning!
