ARE WE EVER GETTING THE AP ASSOCIATED PRESS WIDGET BACK UP ON OUR FIOS TV SERVICE

I WILL NOT CONSIDER THIS ISSUE RESOLVED UNTIL ALL CUSTOMERS GET THEIR AP WIDGET SERVICE BACK.  THIS IS A SERVICE WE WERE PROMISED BY VERIZON.  JUST BECAUSE VERIZON IS BEING SUED DOES NOT MEAN WE AS A CUSTOMER SHOULD PAY MORE FOR OUR SERVICES WHEN IN ACTUALITY WE ARE RECEIVING LESS SERVICES AS WE ARE BEING NICKELED AND DIMED EVERY FEW MONTHS FOR THEIR GREEDY ACTIONS AND BECAUSE THEIR STOCK PRICES DROP.  VERIZON YOU ARE SHOOTING YOURSELF IN THE FOOT BECAUSE ALOT OF YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE LEAVING YOUR SERVICES DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT,  ETC., NO UPATES ON THIS ISSUE SINCE FEBRUARY 22, 2012.

VERIZON JUST KEEPS US IN THE DARK AND NOT INFORMED OF THE STATUS OF THE AP ASSOCIATED PRESS WIDGET.

PLEASE JUST GIVE US A DEFINITE ANSWER. VERY DISAPPOINTED VERIZON. I HOPE THE CEO OF VERIZON IS READING OUR FRUSTRATIONS.

Bravo Tiara! You said what it is that a lot of us have been saying for a very long time and they have yet to do anything about the issues that have been brought to their attention which is pure apathy on their part. The people who defend verizon's inaction on a lot of things that have been been brought to their attention with their excuses of "well then just drop verizon and find another provider" are no different than verizon as those people who soley exist on the forums to attack other customers are probably now going to do the same to you. Not everyone in america has the options that everyone else has and when verizon takes over neighborhoods where they are the only provider of services in that area it is simply not possible to go with someone else so i will say it on behalf of the many people who have verizon but do not use twitter or are not on the forums: bravo again to you tiara.

What galls me is that we don"t have a single word of acknowledgement from Verizon on this isue.
