I am a month-to-month FiOS subscriber. If Verizon insists on pushing an extremist left agenda eventually I will take my business elsewhere.

I just want to make sure I understand this.  Are you saying that Verizon, a bastion of US capitalism and commercial clout, is pushing "an extremist left agenda"?  Funny, but few of the rest of us even had an inkling.

Thanks for the heads up, mate.

In the United States there are 2.6 million individuals who identify themselves as Muslim adherents versus 260 million Christians, I believe Verizon should put a stop to it's left-wing agenda and give us The Blaze TV.

I read your comment to suggest that the group with the largest number of members is entitled to tell other groups what to think or do.

If you take the time to read the US Constitution (re-read is not an option since you evidently have avoided this document so far), you may discover that your view is not coincident with what the Founding Fathers proposed.

The good news is that in our society, you won't land in the slammer no matter what you say.  Pretty good, eh?  BTW, that includes the TV channels that seem to give you problems.

No, more from the perspective of Verizon's business model where it behooves this company to satisfy the request(s) being made by 99% of their subscriber base.

Looks like nobody is watching it anyway as Nielsens Rating Service has said its demo's are too low to measure as some shows are hitting a demo of ZERO.

Wow, I actually had to go back and read your other posts to see if you were serious.  Its just that the combination of your nasty, condescending tone and the pure naive, ignorance of your statement , was just so.... adorable.

Once again,  Al jazeera America IS owned by a media company in Qatar, a country with good diplomatic relations with the west.  It was set up to be an independent entity from its sister networks, staffed by english speaking western journalists.

If your objection is still with its "foreign ownership", then you should be informed that the parent company of FOX NEWS, NewsCorp. is owned by  a group led by Rupert Murdoch, an Australian, with partners from Saudi Arabia led by a Saudi Prince..  "investors" as you call them, are by definition, owners.  They  profit from the company's success and have, on occasion, exercised their right to influence the direction of the company.  Most notably when they requested that the on air "talent" dial back on the tone of the rhetoric with regard to the proposed Ground Zero Mosque.

But since you probably don't care about any of that.   Because you have been told to object to AlJazeera's mere existence on your tv, You should  take Bobbo's advice and dig your remote out of your couch cushion and just change the channel.

just saying!!!!!!

Smiley LOL

Sorry but not all of those 260 million Christians agree with you Smiley Wink . And if Beck wasn't trying to extort an outrageous amount of subsciber fees from the cable outlets I'm sure he would be carried on more of them.

99% too freaking funny!!!! So you're saying 99% of the FiOS subscriber base want all the news channels but Fox dropped and the Blaze added?  LOL
