Yesterday I tried to watch HGTV, Food Channel and USA Today, which I have always gotten on HD. When I called, at first they tried to trouble shoot it, then after about 30 minutes of that, was told that they "realigned" their channels and how those are only available on EXTREME HD package. We now only get the major networks and one or two other HD channels. For the same amount of money. BrightHouse, are you listening???? We're leaving Verizon if this is how they treat their customers.
