Anybody else getting Spanish descriptions on English HD channel previews?

This is the weirdest thing, and it's not really a problem per se, but more of an annoyance. At least, it is as far as I can tell.

I subscribe to all the premium channels-Starz, HBO, Cinemax, EPIX, Encore, Showtime, and The Movie Channel. And all of them have the same issue. When scrolling through the channel guide, most (but not all) of the movie posters have been replaced with simple pictures and the movie title written in Spanish. I guess this started with the last software update.

Here are a couple of examples:

The movie Defiance with its correct movie poster.

The movie The Bachelor with the issue I alluded to. A picture from the movie (I assume), with the words "Procura-se una Noiva".

Are any of you other Verizon customers seeing this? And, if so, were you able to fix the issue? I've tried using the DVR repair tools, but the issue remains.
