I made a change to my verizon plan online, but on reviewing the details found out that this is not the best deal for me. I am trying to revert my plan state to what it was a few hours back before I made the order and agent tells me that this is not possible. Am I not allowed to cancel an online order (change to an existing FIOS plan) on the same day?
