Good Afternoon,
I recently switched from the FiOS Prime HD to the Select HD TV package, but instead increased my internet package. I used to visit www.cartoonnetwork.com and click Live TV and I could watch the current live feed from Cartoon Network as well as view show episodes on demand there (they have a partnership with you, Verizon). Unfortunatey, once I did the switch to a lower TV package (even though I still have CartoonNetwork and CartoonNetwork HD) it says that I need to be subscribed to the FiOS Prime package on their website.
Can you assist me with this issue?
Thanks.

Well, I suppose Verizon spoke with CartoonNetwork about this because now it's working.
Thanks.

It seems that it's failing again!
It's not working on www.cartoonnetwork.com, the CN iPad app, nor on the Verizon iPad app.
Verizon, any help?
