It's worse that awful, the people who write the descriptions seem to be totally ignorant of both the movies they are describing and/or the facts of history associated with the movie. In particular on Sunday the 10 March 2013 at 1500 PST the movie on channel 126 (Mil History) Was Lost Battalion. The description of the movie is ludicrous "Members of a United States Army battalion trapped behind the enemy lines during the height of the First World War were able to defile the odds after the Nazi Germans offered them the choice of either surrendering or death.". Now my understanding of the Nazi party was that it was founded in the 1920's several years after the end of the Great War. Simple factual errors like this occur constantly in the descriptions. Another example is the Movie Big Jake , in the description it refers to the protagonist, a wealthy rancher, as a cowboy. There are constant errors in the casts for example the Olympics the event was Swimming and the cast was shown as Kobe Bryant and other basketball stars. Seriously? We pay good money for this service at least you could try to have accurate information with which to make our decisions.
Agree, the new guide is the Worst attempt at improvement I have ever seen for any product, ever. Horrible view, small screen at top left gone, color code gone, on info when surfing unless you hit “info” again, or three times, sports info when surfing only shows first team playing unless you hit info again, not intuitive, black and white is hard to read .....and on and on and on. Annoying, aggravating, and did the guy who said “this version is good” get fired yet????
