Cinemax channel 420 and the west coast feed 421 are off. The same goes for the HD versions of those channels too which are 920 and 921. Whatever movie the guide says is playing is not there. Right now the guide says that on 420 and 920 that it should be the ben affleck bank robbery movie called "the town" when in fact the movie that is playing is "bend it like beckham" a soccer movie with keira knightley. The guide indicates that on 421 and 921 "bend it like beckham" should be playing when in fact it is a spencer tracy movie called "it's a mad mad mad mad world." There is also a matter of a movie on showtime that is on this month which is called "thirst" which is an american movie with lacey chabert but the guide's description is that it is a korean vampire movie. "Last man standing" with bruce willis on encore is described on the guide as a completely different movie with jeff wincott. There is also the matter of telemundo's 4pm show which is a judge show but acording to the guide it is a cop show. The correct description is in your search menu if you look for it. Let me also mention that six channels have no logos for them. 190, 1644, 1506, 1507, 477, 480 have nothing there and channel 1704 is completely wrong where no show on there matches. 1549 has been wrong for a month where the correct schedule is on the channel's website. 1540 cnn en espanol's entire morning lineup is wrong and as the day goes on a lot of the shows do not match plus at night there are major league baseball playoff games there but according to the guide news shows are listed instead. Now before someone says that i should refresh my boxes or unplug anything i will point out that i have already done that and have spoken to people who have confirmed that these are big issues with the service but for some reason the group that can correct things are either not being made aware of these issues or simply just do not want to correct these it. If you want people to get what they are paying for then all that has to be done is for these issues to be brought up to the group who can correct these problems because if it does not get addressed then not only will the current problems continue but more and more issues will continue to pop up with no resolutions to them at all.

Cinemax 420 sd 920 hd and cinemax west 421 sd 921 hd are off by at least an hour. If you try to match what is on there with what is playing you will not get the entire movie. 420 and 920 have "the blindside" on now with the guide indicating that is should be "bushwacked." Right now "the town" on 421 and 921 is what is playing but the guide indicates that it is "the blindside" with sandra bullock. If you try to tape a movie you will only get half of that movie if it is playing on 420 sd 920 hd or 421 sd 921 hd.
