Closed Caption Problems

Has anyone experienced any difficulty with closed caption on the HD channel Lifetime Movie or HD TNT.  On my HD DVR there is no closed caption, on the standard HD Box closed caption is shown occasionally.

HD captioning is done seperate from SD captioning.  It is posible those stations are not captioing their HD channel.
