Verizon, as you can see from the many posts under TV Programming, many customers are upset about the recent notices regarding channels being dropped by you or being moved to an upper tier with only beIN soccer being added.

I have heard some rumors that you are planning on adding some additional HD channels in the near future. If in fact this is true I would suggest that you communicate this out to your customers ASAP to put their minds at ease  so they don't just think that you are dropping channels without adding any additional ones. Right now that seems to be the case!

This has been the most annoying thing to me since I've been a customer. Verizon almost never announces when a new channel will be added. It's just always been their policy, everything is top secret. In their defense, adding channels and features to FiOS seems to take forever, and delays are common. Announcing something in advance only causes more frustration and aggravation when things are delayed.
