I'm having trouble with my DVR remote. I'm not able to bring up the dvr programming by pushing the button on the remote. I can't access the DVR at all, so can't view any programs I recorded. Can't change channels by pressing the individual numbers...have to use the up and down button, and sometimes that won't work. This just happened today...have not had this problem before. Is it my remote, or is there a problem with the system? I've checked my DVR information online, and it shows the programs that I have recorded.
Do you have another remote you can test it on? Did you change the batteries and try it again?
First, to answer your question. Yes, I did try with 2 other remotes with the same results...also, the batteries are fine.
Update: Everything is working now, so it must have been that something was wrong with the system itself and they fixed it at their end.
