Delayed Programming on Demand

Verizon advertises that TV shows become available on demand the day after they premieres, however, shows on CBS, NBC, ABC, Lifetime, etc. take anywhere from 7 to 10 days to become available. A representative from Verizon tech support reset my top box to no avail. He told me the fault lied with said networks for not providing Verizon with on demand programming. Yet while at a friend's house this weekend, all these networks had current programming on demand--my friend subscribes to Time Warner.

It's frustrating and disappointing that I pay for a service that is advertised but not provided. I shouldn't have to pay $130 to log into Hulu or visit a friend for current programming.

I agree and have experienced the same frustration with ON DEMAND again, the service is not as promised when I signed the contract.  Ho do you know which shows will be offered on ON DEMAND and when?

Me too.  My daughter with Comcast gets them, at the most, 48 hours later.

Some I have seen, NEVER get to FiOS until I call them.

I think there must be some manual procedure to add them, and it isn't being done everyday.

Thanks tsauter, I've taken your advice. Also, I've been to the Burgerville in Beaverton. It's delicious!

Yes it is and you cant beat a fast food joint who buys local product and changes their menu by what product is in season! No frozen stuff from half way accross the world!
