I tried ordering the ESPN GamePlan yesterday and the customer service rep. would not let me order it for just the weekend. She claimed that you had to order the whole package for $109. My previous cable provider was Cablevision and they would allow me to order by weekend.
Does anyone know what the deal is with Verizon not offerring it week by week? Also, has anyone experienced problems with the ESPN GamePlan PPV feed?
I'm really debating on whether or not to order this for the full year, so your input would be greatly appreciated.
YES I am having troubles too/ I want it for the whole year I was swithed to four different people before one gave me an order number. NOW i am still not shown to be gettting ESPN gameday and it is not shown on the billing record or as a pending order I hate to call again and waste another hour. AND it is not after 6 PM and they are not there
It should not be this hard to give them money
