Hi AClark03729. To get to Exercise TV press the Video On Demand button on the remote control.

From the VOD menu go to:  Browse All -> Free -> Health & Home -> Exercise TV

Enjoy!

Exercise TV is no longer listed under the Health & Home section of VOD. Yesterday there was only one workout listed, and today the channel is gone. Has it been moved or is it gone for good?

Exercise TV is gone! That's too bad. I am very dissapointed in Verizon. Hope they bring it back or I will be switching...

Is there an alternative to the exercise TV? If yes where on FIOS?

Exercise TV ceased operations entirely. Verizon did not pull the service; the service simply does not exist anymore.

MagRack On Demand has some exercise content.
