In-Store or Curbside Pickup:
• Orders must be placed from 8 AM – 5 PM, Mon – Sat, and Sun before 2 PM (excluding holidays).
• We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be held for 3 days from the time it's placed.
• Please bring photo ID and credit/debit card only if used as payment.
• In-Store Pickup is available across the U.S. at participating Verizon Wireless stores.
• Curbside Pickup available at select stores.
• Same-day delivery is available in select areas.
• If same-day delivery is available for your order, you’ll be able to choose that option at checkout.
I click on the recommendation button and it never brings up the TV plan Fios is recommending for me. It seems to be stuck in a loop and keeps taking me back to the page I started on. I tried the chat feature to get help and that was not successful. Any suggestions/assistance would be appreciated it.
Same exact problems. Hours wasted trying on multiple browsers and with unhelpful chat sessions. Spoke with customer service rep today who claimed the plans were phased out for mix and match and that's why no recommendation was showing and why we can't upgrade online. He sent a broken link to the custom packages: www.verizon.com/home/fiostv/custom-tv-plan. Back to square 1 and don't know how to make an informed decision and choose a package. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
