Foro tv (forum tv) was added last week at channel 1551 and no one can access it even though it is part of a tv package that people are paying for. It is a news channel that was supposed to be added as part of a deal that was struck with univision where foro tv, univision deportes, and univision telenovelas would be added to the fios guide where the sports channel and soap opera channels were added but the news channel had not been. Now it has but it can not be watched. It is listed on the guide with a schedule and logo but when you try to go to that channel you get a message of "unable to tune in to this channel. please try again." Anyone in the country can see it listed there but can not tune in to it. The univision deportes channel was added a while back at channel 1524 but people do not know that it is there because the logo for that channel is the one for national geographic mundo which is actually at channel 1564. Hopefully when univision deportes hd and espn deportes hd get added in the next few months the same issue will not occur. To add a channel then deny people access to that channel where people are paying for content that is in that package is unfortunate and has become pretty typical of verizon. There are too many channels that have no logos or the wrong ones or channels that have been dropped are still listed there on the guide. Channels 25 nyc tv, 160 style network, 473 wliw world, 465 antenna tv, and 490 this tv have no logos at all. Gol tv english channel 313 was dropped back in may but it is still there to confuse new customers who think that all they have to do is push a few buttons and they will have the channel. Also shouldn't the sundance channel be moved to another area on the guide like ifc was when there are a ton of commercials during their movies just like on tnt?

In my area FOROtv, on ch 1551, is listed under the La Conexion package.  On my TV, when I select 1551 it tells me I'm not subscribed, which is true.  So it does seem to be available, to those who want it.
