Heather:
We still haven't received an explanation as to why such a delay - this is not a typical rolling launch if it takes three weeks. As paying customers, why aren't we entitled to know the reason why we have to wait so much longer than everyone else in the FIOS marketplace. You treat us as if we aren't smart enough to be able to handle the explanation.
Maybe those of us who have to wait should pay our next months bills three weeks late to show our appreciation for being treated like second class customers. The arrogance at FIOS absolutely amazes me -

Not speaking for FIOS, but different areas are probably handled and run differently (i.e. one size may not fit all). Capabilities may vary. I'd also assume that population just might be a factor. Take Comcast, for example...some areas have over 100 channels and others have 40! At least FIOS offers the same channels to ALL subscribers. Be patient and you'll see it very soon. (I feel worse for the millions of people who have been waiting for BBC-HD because one of the most popular SF shows there is starting a new season...and there's not even an ETA on that one!)

It's alive!!!!
In LA. I only just noticed last night.
Glory be.
Now I can watch two teams I hate (TFC and DC in this case) without all the fuzzy little Sega Genesis-like characters that filled the SD channel.
Thanks, Verizon. Finally.

I'd love to watch it, we had it for a while yesterday morning, but then it went away again and continues to say Currently Unavailable. Tried all kinds of troubleshooting, spent an hour on the phone with tech support (what a waste of time) and now have to wait for a technician to come out early next week. Is anyone else having that problem? Only channel it's an issue with.

Got it here a few days back. Looks great. Would love FSC+ in HD since we pay $15/month for a single channel.

FS HD looks great. Thanks for adding. Just waiting for the rollout of ESPN Deportes HD and I will be happy.

From Heather two weeks ago
Everyone,
Rolling channel launches are pretty common in the industry, but suffice it to say, FSC HD launched in Virginia today (April 14) and will launch in our downstate New York market, Massachusetts and Rhode Island during the week of April 25.
Heather
Checked htis morning and still not in the Bronx NYC....."week of April 25th" of course probably means Friday the 29th.....
what a joke
