I have a NetFlix account and a premium FIOS but I am told to go to channel 838 to set up Netflix. I have no 838. Can anyone help?
You have to have quantum hardware.
That is either VMS or IPC stb.
1-800-VERIZON maybe if the set top box is refreshed with Premium it may be there on a restart.
personally I would buy a $35 Roku stick or $25 chromcast and hook to a hdmi port on the tv and sign on to your network via WiFi. After set up you can view Netflix or Prime or Acorn TV or even drop Fios tv all together and get streaming directtvnow for $35 a month with no taxes or surcharges or fees.
you will save big money this way.
