When I switched from Brighthouse cable to Verizon I had the HD Golf channel as part of my package. It was removed 5 days ago nd customer service says they can't fix that and have no number for me to call to complain and get this resolved. My only option appears to be to upgrade for $20 to the Extreme package. Obviously lousy business practice. They should grandfather in old customers. Anyone know how to formlly complain to someone who could fix this in the management chain. Customer service told me sorry they don't have an escalation system for this type isue.

Agree. I talked via their chat to a representative and asked about why it was no longer there and they were trying to make me think it was a special promotion I had that ran out and was always part of the extreme package which wasn't true. If you find where to complain about this I would support it.
